As the YarraBend community continues to grow, we’re pleased to share the latest updates across our neighbourhood, including progress on new parks, amenities and residential developments.
There’s plenty happening throughout the precinct, with new public spaces taking shape and construction continuing across a number of residential projects.
Pools and Onsens Now Open
Health & Wellness Centre
The pools and onsens at the Health & Wellness Centre are now open and available for residents to enjoy, with water temperatures now at operating level.
Landscaping Underway
Paper Square Park
Playground equipment, paving, furniture and retaining walls are now complete at Paper Square Park. Irrigation, landscaping and lawn installation are underway, with the park anticipated to open in December 2026.
Construction Update
Parkview Townhouses
Construction at Parkview Townhouses is moving into its final stages, with scaffolding removed from the northern side of the development and internal finishing works continuing throughout the homes.
Works to the surrounding laneway are also progressing, with further activity scheduled in the coming months.

The Guild
Progress continues at The Guild, with window installation complete for Buildings A and B and scaffolding now being removed from Building A.
Internal fit-out works are advancing across the development as construction continues through the remaining buildings.

Boiler House & Glass House
Early construction works at Boiler House & Glass House continue to advance, with excavation nearing completion and the first tower crane now installed on site.
Ground services are underway ahead of the next phase of structural works.
