Design Evening
Boiler House is the reimagining of one of the former Alphington Paper Mill’s most iconic heritage buildings, transformed by renowned architects Fraser & Partners into a limited collection of one, two and three-bedroom residences. Behind the carefully preserved 1920s gabled red-brick façade, industrial-inspired homes celebrate the building’s distinctive character through soaring ceilings, expansive windows and thoughtfully curated finishes.
To mark the launch of Boiler House, YarraBend’s final heritage release, an evening of design-led conversations and canapés will be held at the new Boiler House Display Suite. Register your interest to be among the first to explore floorplans and hear from the team behind the transformation.
