We’re thrilled to announce that construction of the Sheahahn Townhouses at YarraBend is now complete, with residents having officially settled into their new homes. This marks an exciting milestone for the community, as we warmly welcome YarraBend’s newest neighbours to this growing and vibrant precinct.

Delivered in collaboration with an outstanding project team, the Sheahahn Townhouses represent a seamless blend of design excellence and craftsmanship. Glenvill Projects, our build partner, has successfully brought the vision to life with their signature attention to detail and construction expertise. The architectural design by Techne introduces a refined, contemporary aesthetic that sits comfortably within the broader YarraBend landscape, while DKO’s interior designs provide a sophisticated yet highly liveable environment tailored to modern lifestyles.

With residents now moved in, Sheahahn is already contributing to the sense of community that defines YarraBend. Tree-lined streets, thoughtfully designed homes, and shared spaces are coming together to create a welcoming and connected neighbourhood.

Looking ahead, this part of YarraBend will continue to evolve. We’re pleased to confirm that works will soon commence on the neighbouring Paper Square Park, which will add another layer of amenity right at residents’ doorsteps. Once complete, the park will offer a valuable green space for relaxation, recreation, and everyday connection.
