Seren Row Groundbreaking Ceremony

The groundbreaking of the Seren Row site was commemorated with builder Ironside and Glenvill Developments. This was a momentous occasion as we begin work on this landmark building which runs along our western border marking the gateway to YarraBend and will be home to our Health & Wellness Centre.

Designed by renowned architect Elenberg Fraser, each of Seren Row's four buildings has its own character and materiality, exploring the themes of mid-century modernism, the old paper mill, the Yarra River and riverbank.
