On ground level, you’ll find welcoming spaces that feel a little like an extra room of your home. Featuring a kitchen and two private dining rooms that open onto the external courtyard, The Hub is the perfect space for entertaining.

When it’s time to chill, The Hub lounge provides a comfortable space to hang out—or just zone out with a pool table and TV.
Indoor Cinema.
The Hub comes equipped with a 12-seat indoor cinema that can be booked via the YarraBend app, so you can enjoy a movie marathon or private screening with friends.
Rooftop Terrace.
The Hub is crowned by a spectacular rooftop terrace, with a lounge, barbeque facilities, a fire pit, and space to enjoy under the sky.
