The basement excavation is nearing completion, two tower cranes have been installed, and our build partner Ironside have begun initial structure works in Buildings C and D, including installation of suspended slabs and precast walls. We’ll be out of the ground in the coming months!

Designed with wellness in mind, Seren Row is connected to nature through biophilic design. The adjacent Paper Trail invites residents to meander outdoors, while the Health & Wellness Centre located within the building makes prioritising wellness (both mental and physical) more attainable.
