Progress on the Fourdrinier House & Tambour Townhouse sites

Our build partner Ironside are making great progress onsite at YarraBend. Designed by acclaimed Techne Architecture, Fourdrinier House and Tambour Townhouses will see the historic Wetlap building (built c.1936) adorned with a bold contemporary extension and reimagined as 59 warehouse-style residences – a celebration of old and new.
